Wynterstouch is a solo studio. When you book, the room is yours. No waiting area full of people, no double booked slots, no rushing a Brazilian to make a schedule work.
That is also why the policies are firm. A held appointment is time that cannot be given to anyone else, so deposits are required and the 24 hour window matters.
How appointments run
What to expect on the day
Come prepared
For waxing, two to three weeks of growth. Shower beforehand, skip lotion and heavy oils, and avoid retinoids on the area for a few days.
Arrive on time
There is a short grace period. Past that the service may need to be shortened or rescheduled so the next client is not pushed back.
Aftercare is part of it
You leave knowing what to avoid for 24 to 48 hours and when to come back. Waxing every three to four weeks keeps regrowth finer and appointments quicker.
