Answers before you book

- How do I hold my appointment?
- Most services take a deposit, from $8 to $15 depending on the service. It comes off your total on the day, and it is what keeps your time reserved.
- What happens if I need to move my appointment?
- Give 24 hours notice and it can be rescheduled. Inside 24 hours the deposit covers the held time, and no shows may be subject to a fee.
- I am running late. Should I still come?
- Call or text as soon as you know. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled, because the next client is already on the books.
- How long should hair be for a wax?
- About a quarter inch, roughly two weeks of growth. Skip shaving in between, and avoid retinol on the area for a few days before and after.
- How often do lash sets need a fill?
- Every two to three weeks. Within the first week a fill is free of charge if at least 50% of the set is still there, after that it is regular fill price.
- Which facial should I book first?
- Book the Cold Clarity Facial for clogged pores and recurring breakouts, the Corrective Glow Facial for dark marks and uneven tone, or the Mini Facial if you only have half an hour.
- Do you travel for tooth gems?
- Yes, with a $30 travel fee outside the Taylor area. Send your inspiration photos the day before or the day of.
